Do I have to write a motion prompt?

No. Leave it blank and TypeShutter will privately choose natural motion from the uploaded image. If you write a direction, it guides the result within TypeShutter's private image-to-video continuity rules.

Does this recover what really happened after the photo?

No. AI invents a plausible continuation based on the visible scene. It does not recover real footage or reconstruct the actual event.
